Join Tata 1mg and lead one of our retail pharmacy stores! We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager who can drive business performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, expiry management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Monitor store KPIs, prepare reports, and implement action plans to improve performance.




- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations.

Eligibility

- Graduate with relevant experience in retail store management.
- Valid Uttar Pradesh Drug License is Mandatory.
- Robust leadership, team management, and people management skills.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
