We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Social Science (SST) educator who is well-versed in
the principles of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework (NCF)
2023. The ideal candidate should be capable of fostering critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and
interdisciplinary understanding among students while aligning classroom practices with modern
educational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) in
alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 guidelines.
Create student-centered learning experiences that encourage analytical thinking, discussion, and
real-world application of concepts.
Integrate experiential, project-based, and inquiry-driven teaching methodologies into classroom
instruction.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that support competency-based
education.
Encourage interdisciplinary connections and promote holistic learning among students.
Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluation methods.
Maintain an inclusive and positive classroom setting that supports diverse learning needs.
Stay updated with evolving educational practices, curriculum standards, and pedagogical
approaches.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 frameworks and their implementation in
classroom teaching.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for innovative teaching and student engagement.
Prior teaching experience in SST subjects will be preferred.
