We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT services team, with a focus on AI-driven solutions. The role involves acting as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery of scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional & non-functional specs for AI and software solutions
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, wireframes
- Work closely with AI/ML, engineering, QA, and delivery teams for implementation
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and UAT sessions
- Identify process gaps and recommend AI-driven improvements & automation opportunities
- Support scope management,

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services / software projects
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working on AI/ML, Digital Transformation, or data-driven projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile, Cloud solutions)
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
