*About Startek*

Startek is hiring for the *Blinkit Blended Process*. You will handle *Chat + Voice* support for Blinkit customers.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer queries via Chat and Voice

- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, refunds, payments, and app support

- Ensure quality service and meet KPIs like CSAT, AHT, Quality

- Update CRM and coordinate with backend teams for escalations

- Follow process guidelines and TAT

*Salary & Benefits:*

- *Fresher:* CTC 19,000 | Take Home ~15,410





- *Experienced:* CTC 20,000 | Take Home ~16,253

- *Bonus:* Quarterly bonus up to 1,929

- *Benefits:* PF & ESIC Applicable

*Work Schedule:*

- 9-hour rotational shifts including 1-hour break

- Rotational weekly off & Night shifts applicable

- *No leaves for first 90 days. No festival leaves.*

*Requirements:*

- *6 Days Working 01 Rotaional Week Off

- *Education:* 12th Pass minimum. Undergraduates eligible

- *Language:* Excellent Hindi & English communication

- *Skills:* Good communication, basic computer knowledge

- *Technical:* Must have own Laptop/Desktop + reliable WiFi

This is a Work From Home role. Candidates must be flexible for rotational and night shifts.
