Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and coordinate interior fit-out execution for residential projects in and around Salem. You will be the on-ground point of contact ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination between design, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works (false ceiling, tiling, painting, woodwork, MEP/HVAC coordination)
- Coordinate delivery and installation of modular kitchen/wardrobe units from our Salem factory
- Ensure work quality matches approved design drawings and specifications
- Monitor project timelines and flag delays or site issues promptly
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house production team
- Maintain daily site reports and documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality/QC standards in office




- Handle client site visits and address on-site queries professionally

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on site engineering experience (interior fit-out background preferred)
- Working knowledge of interior execution processes (civil finishing, woodwork, MEP basics)
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D design drawings
- Strong on-ground coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites within and around Salem
- Basic computer skills (reporting, WhatsApp/site apps)

Preferred:

- Prior experience in residential interior fit-out or turnkey contracting firms
- Familiarity with site documentation and daily reporting tools
