Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct field sales visits to promote life insurance products and services to potential customers.

- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, agency sales, bancassurance sales, and other channels.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and customer acquisition.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry with a focus on relationship management or sales.

- Solid understanding of life insurance products and services.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
