Role OverviewAs a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition, you will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand capability gaps, optimize the hiring lifecycle, and build a robust, diverse talent pipeline for the future

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, qualified networks, and targeted talent mapping to identify passive candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish interview evaluation rubrics.
- Manage the candidate experience rigorously, ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring journey.
