Role & responsibilities

Coaching Teams: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to improve Agile maturity.

Scaling Agile: Implement frameworks like SAFe, Disciplined Agile for large programs.

Facilitation: Lead workshops, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.

Leadership Coaching: Help executives and managers embrace servant leadership and Agile mindset.

Metrics & Improvement: Define KPIs (velocity, cycle time, value delivery) and drive continuous improvement.

Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to embed Agile culture.

Community Building: Establish Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing forums.

Preferred candidate profile

Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Protected, LeSS, XP).

Experience in Agile transformation programs across multiple teams or departments.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence.

Understanding of Lean principles and systems thinking.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills
