- Provide counseling services to students, faculty members, and staff on academic, personal, and emotional issues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for student engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop programs that promote mental health awareness and wellness.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times while handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW).
- 2-5 years of experience in counseling or related field.
- Robust knowledge of psychological theories, techniques, and interventions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
