- Assist in production, maintenance, and quality operations
- Operate machinery and perform basic technical checks
- Support inspection, testing, and documentation activities.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Maintain daily reports and records.
- Participate in training and skill development initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc., Diploma, or ITI completed in 2024,2025 or 2026.
- No active backlogs at the time of joining.
- Good academic record preferred.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant setting, including shift operations.
- Medically fit for plant operations.
