Role Overview
The role involves supporting the Project Manager in planning, execution, cost control, and successful delivery of construction
projects. The incumbent will ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controls & Execution

- Monitor project schedules and adherence to timelines
- Manage change orders, deviations, and punch list closure
- Track daily activities, progress, issues, and action plans
- Ensure alignment with project scope, time, cost, and quality parameters

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and maintain:
- Daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports
- Site-wise progress reports
- Meeting minutes and project documentation

- Track and report project performance and milestones

Cost Control & Financial Tracking

- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and investment tracking
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actuals)
- Track payments, invoices, and financial progress
- Support project financial closure and audits

Planning & Coordination

- Track master project plans with site teams and suppliers
- Coordinate with:
- Design teams
- Procurement
- Site execution teams
- Logistics for timely material delivery

- Follow defined processes to avoid delays and deviations

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement,



and Global Teams
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and agencies
- Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

Procurement & Contract Management

- Track tendering and procurement processes
- Support rate analysis and contract reviews
- Ensure timely material and service delivery

Project Closure

- Manage documentation and handover at project closure
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
- Ensure proper financial and operational closure of projects

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of project cost control and construction processes
- Proficiency in:
- MS Project
- AutoCAD
- Advanced Excel

- Understanding of construction methods and site execution

Behavioral Skills

- Strong planning and organizational ability
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

Experience Requirements

- 12-15 years of experience in construction/project management
- Exposure to project planning, cost control, and site coordination
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects

Communication & Interaction

- Robust communication and reporting skills
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes across teams
