This role will be responsible for driving architecture| security posture| and operational excellence across Exchange Online| Microsoft Entra ID| Intune| SharePoint Online| Microsoft Teams| and Microsoft Purview (DLP Compliance).Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Strategy Define and implement end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 collaboration and security platforms. Establish secure-by-design principles across identity| device| application| and data layers. Develop roadmaps for M365 adoption| optimization| and security maturity. Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.Identity Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID) Design and implement identity lifecycle management| RBAC| and Zero Trust architecture. Architect Conditional Access policies including MFA| device compliance| and risk-based access. Implement identity protection| privileged identity management (PIM)| and secure external collaboration.Messaging Collaboration (Exchange Online Microsoft Teams) Architect and manage Exchange Online environments including mail flow| security| and hybrid configurations. Design secure collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams (chat| voice| meetings| governance).
Implement policies for external sharing| guest access| and data governance within Teams.Device Endpoint Management (Intune) Architect and deploy endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune. Implement device compliance| configuration profiles| and application protection policies. Enable secure BYOD and corporate device management aligned with Zero Trust principles.Content Collaboration Platforms (SharePoint Online OneDrive) Design SharePoint Online architecture including site structure| governance| and data lifecycle. Implement secure document management| sharing controls| and compliance features. Optimize collaboration experiences while maintaining data protection.Security Compliance (Microsoft Purview DLP Information Protection) Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Exchange| Teams| SharePoint| and endpoints. Implement sensitivity labels| data classification| and information protection strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements.Operations Governance Define governance models| policies| and operational procedures for M365 services. Monitor service health| performance| and security posture. Lead incident response and remediation for security-related events within M365. Collaborate with SOC| infrastructure| and application teams
