We are looking for Candidate who will be responsible for day to day Civil as well as Faade maintenance work of commercial and residential building for Maintenance Company.

Core Responsibilities

1. Faade Management & Inspection

- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks for common faade & ACP Sheets defects such as sealant failure, glass breakage, water leakage, aluminium corrosion, and panel misalignment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of water penetration or air infiltration using specialized tests (e.g., ASTM standards).
- Corrective Maintenance: Oversee repairs including resealing joints, replacing damaged panels or glass, and addressing structural cracks or dampness.
- Specialized Access: Manage work performed at height via scaffolding, suspended platforms, or rope access, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.

2. General Civil Maintenance

- Infrastructure Upkeep: Supervise maintenance of common areas, including flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, Waterproofing and false ceilings.
- External Works: Monitor the condition of pavements, driveways, storm water drains, and landscaping-related structures.




- Preventive Planning: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of civil assets.

3. Project & Vendor Management

- Contractor Supervision: Manage civil and faade contractors, including scope finalization, work order issuance, and on-site quality assurance.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed budgets, material quantities, and cost estimates for repair or renovation projects.
- Compliance: Ensure building safety and faade cleaning activities meet statutory requirements and local design codes.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD,
- Experience: Typically 5–10 years in civil construction/faade engineering, with a robust grasp of material Knowledge (Aluminium, stone, ACP Sheet, Faade, Civil).

Essential Skills

- Diagnostic Abilities: Proficiency in structural and thermal analysis to resolve complex building envelope issues.
