Job Description

Position Title : Senior Executive/ Analyst Finance Controllership

Location : Bangalore, India or Pune India. ( Timing 2.30 PM IST to 11.30 PM IST)

Department :Finance & Accounting (Controllership)

Reporting To - Senior Manager Controllership

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with ~4 years of experience to join our Controllership team. The role will support month-end close,



financial reporting, and accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to GL accounting, reconciliations, and reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, intercompany, payroll)
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, fixed assets, intercompany)
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
- Assist in revenue and cost accounting, including expense tracking and variance analysis
- Work with ERP systems (NetSuite) and improve processes
- Maintain trackers and support controllership activities across teams

Skills & Qualifications

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com

Experience: 3–5 years in accounting / controllership

Technical Skills: GL accounting, month-end close, ERP systems, Advanced Excel

Behavioral Skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong communication skills

Nice to Have

- Exposure to multi-entity accounting
- Intercompany accounting experience
