- Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to identify defects, damages, and necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with body shop technicians to diagnose issues and develop repair plans.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer's standards and customer expectations by conducting regular inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in automobile service, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), or related field.
- Robust knowledge of vehicle mechanics, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier objects with assistance.
