Education Qualification:

- B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics.

- Candidates with project management tools exposure preferred.

- Motorcycle riding and assessment experience preferred.

- Motorcycle racing experience will be an added advantage.

Required Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in new product development, vehicle design and development, or vehicle integration.

Preferred industry exposure:

2W OEM.

Job Purpose :

Deliver compelling new products with the support of R&D; engineers, exceeding customer aspirations while working closely with Marketing, Project Management, Sourcing and QAD/Quality teams.

Role Description

- Define products that meet customer requirements.
- Integrate and collaborate with R&D; teams to deliver new products meeting QCD targets.
- Integrate and collaborate with stakeholders outside R&D;, including Marketing, Project Management, Sourcing and Quality, to deliver recent products meeting QCD targets.
- Participate in customer understanding and product benchmarking activities.
- Arrive at AQ/MBQ, prepare QFD and deploy QFD requirements.
- Define the product value proposition, product definition and deployment of targets to R&D; engineers.




- Identify project bottlenecks and drive debottlenecking actions.
- Conduct design reviews including TDR and DFMEA.
- Own drawing release, vehicle building and testing responsibilities.
- Develop a roadmap for platform products to provide best-in-class customer experience.
- Develop competencies, technologies and innovations to enable continuous improvements.
