- Manager/Assistant Manager - Data & AI We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager - Data & AI to join our team in Bangalore/Gurugram.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, OpenAI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using Python, Generative AI, and Machine Learning techniques
- Work with Large Language Models (LLM) and Prompt Engineering to create innovative solutions
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models for improved performance
- Collaborate with the LangChain team to integrate AI models with data pipelines
- Utilize OpenAI APIs to develop and deploy AI-powered applications
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning and apply them to business problems
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in Data Science and AI
- Strong background in Python programming language
- Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLM)
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain
- Experience with OpenAI APIs and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Ability to work with large datasets and develop data pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
