Qualification & Experience

- 10+ Years Experience in IT Infrastructure (Architecture, Administration, SME)
- Strong expertise in Azure and/or AWS architecture
- Robust expertise in Azure and/or AWS architecture
- Strong expertise in Virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, HyperV)
- Enterprise networking (routing, firewalls, VPN, DNS)
- Experience with hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPNs)
- Infrastructure security, identity management, encryption
- Storage architectures (SAN/NAS/object)
- Experience designing solutions for high availability and disaster recovery
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks

Technical

• The Infrastructure & Cloud Solution Architect is responsible

for designing endtoend infrastructure solutions across

onpremises datacenters, public cloud (Azure/AWS), and

hybrid environments.

• The role involves leading architecture, migration planning,

modernization initiatives, and ensuring that infrastructure

solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned to

enterprise standards.

• The architect will work closely with application, security,

networking, operations, and business stakeholders to

translate requirements into robust infrastructure and cloud

architectures, particularly for large migration,

transformation, and modernization programs.

• Design enterprisegrade onprem and cloud infrastructure

architectures (compute, storage, network, identity,

security).





• Develop highlevel and lowlevel architecture designs for

cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) including landing zones,

VNet/VPC designs, IAM, monitoring, and automation.

• Lead architecture for hybrid cloud models using VPN,

ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, transit gateways, and

interconnects.

• Define HA, DR, backup, and performance architectures

aligned with business SLAs.

• Provide architecture leadership for infra modernization, DC

exit, and cloudfirst initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end migration planning for workloads

• Develop migration strategies: rehost, replatform, refactor,

containerization assessments.

• Conduct infra readiness assessments, cloud adoption

frameworks, and dependency mapping.

• Oversee execution of large-scale datacenter-to-cloud or on-

prem to hybrid migrations.

• Ensure infra and cloud designs comply with enterprise

security standards.

• Support security assessments and provide remediation

guidance.

• Contribute to risk analysis, architecture approvals, and

compliance documentation.

• Work with project/program managers to estimate, plan,

and deliver infra/cloud solutions.

• Conduct workshops with app teams, infra teams, and

business stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during

build & deployment phases.

• Prepare architecture decision records (ADRs), design

documents, runbooks, and transition plans.
