Job Description: Agentic and Automation Anywhere RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled Agentic and Automation Anywhere RPA Developer to design,develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that improve business efficiency andscalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere for Agentic and BOT development, a solid understanding of Agentic Process Automation,proficiency in Python, NodeJS and JavaScript, and practical knowledge of APIs and LLM module integration.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic and RPA BOTs using Automation Anywhere packages and tools.
•Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
•Build and maintain scalable automation workflows using best practices in agentic and BOT design and error handling.
•Apply Agentic Process Automation concepts to create more adaptive and intelligent automation solutions.
•Develop Python, NodeJS and Java Scripts to support Agentic and BOT logic, data processing, integrations, and custom automation components.
•Integrate agents and bots with internal and external applications using APIs, web services, and other interface mechanisms.
•Work with LLM modules and AI-enabled components to enhance automation use cases
such as document processing, decision support, and conversational workflows.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather
requirements and deliver automation solutions aligned with business needs.
•Troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize existing bots, agents and automation workflows.
•Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials for
developed solutions.
•Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational
standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•Overall, 7 to 9 years’ experience in Automation Anywhere agentic and BOT development and familiarity with its packages and components.
•Valuable understanding of Agentic Process Automation concepts and intelligent automation frameworks.
•Strong programming knowledge in Python, NodeJS and JavaScript.
•Experience working with APIs, including REST-based integrations and data exchange formats such as JSON/XML.
•Knowledge of LLM modules and AI integration within automation workflows.
•Understanding software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and version control practices.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Certification in Automation Anywhere or other Agentic coding platforms.
•Experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation solutions.
•Familiarity with orchestration, bot monitoring, and automation governance.
•Exposure to enterprise systems, databases, and cloud-based services.
•Understanding process assessment and automation feasibility analysis.
