Job Description
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients professionally and
efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service
solutions.
• Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.
• Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.
Required Skills & Eligibility
• 13 years of experience in a US International Voice Process,
preferably with Sales.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Age Criteria: Below 30 years.
