- Prepare and maintain the stock record in Excel or required software
- Track and maintain the stock of material in store as per site requirements and if required any purchasing, get the pre-intimation to SSG/Site manger.
- Raise the indent for required materials
- Maintain and ensure In Out material
- Material Entry inside the plant and Material Out from the plant
- Communication with material gate pass authority person(Client) and also communication with Custom officer
- Do all the required documentation
- Take care of the all store materials
- Mail communication related to the materials In Out
- Ensure and update Calibration/third party certifications of the equipments
- Material Reconciliation with client
- Maintain the record of issued material by Client.
- Follow the instruction of the SSG and Site manager
