Job Description and Expectations-

- Prepare Dispatch Documentation for Domestic Sales
- Co-ordination with transporters
- Co-ordination with Sales Team
- Ability to Handle communication with customers & to provide required details/reports/Dispatch information etc.
- Ability to Handle Pre/Post-Dispatch activities
- Line up Export shipments & co-ordination with CHA/Forwarders
- Ability to manage annual rate contracts with Transporters
- Physical Supervision of Loading activities
- MIS reporting
- Finished Goods Management
- Knowledge of SAP required
- Basic knowledge of Export documentation flow & L/C terms

Educational Qualifications





MBA in supply chain or logistics

Diploma course in Logistics/Supply chain

Minimum years of experience

1-3 years of Experience in Logistics & customer service department management

Nature of experience

- Handling of Logistics/Transportation, Customer service department in Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of documentation
- Knowledge of Inventory Management
