**Industry/Sector: Agriculture (experience in handling agricultural commodities )

**Scope of job /Activities handled: Should have handled Agri commodities and import pulses operations.

- Carry out the inspections, supervisions, etc. as per the policy and guidelines of the business, technical procedures and contractual specifications of the clients.
- Maintain records of operations and day-to-day work.
- Ensure usage of calibrated equipments to execute inspections
- Inform Operation Manager/Supervisor of all the problems arising in the field and solve them on the spot, whenever possible within the policy and guidelines of the business.
- Inform Operation Manager/Supervisor of any abnormalities observed in the inspection site, port area, container yard, etc. immediately and potential implications.
- Put forth request to Manager - / In-charge for any formal in-house/external training from time to time so required in inspection of orders.
- Back office / Operational support in the absence of inspection




- Undertake other assignments as identified by the Manager towards ensuring delivery of inspections services according to quality procedures and/or compliant with accreditation requirements.
- Carry out inspections as per instructions, sops, guidelines and procedures
- Keep a track on Market Survey and keep Operation Manager/Supervisor informed about new business growth /development.
- Maintain and update all records of operations and day-to-day work in correct format or in the applicable system like E-Inspection / SIR. Systems.
- De-brief executive details of inspection results and conditions prevailed at inspection site.
- Keep under control the equipment/material such as seals, stationeries etc.
