Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning & Development (L&D;), and Employee Engagement (EE). The ideal candidate should have experience in the Food, FMCG, or Edible Oil manufacturing industry and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various business functions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Identify training needs and organize Learning & Development initiatives.




- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR dashboards, and training records.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR initiatives effectively
