We are seeking Talented IT Recruiters to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Handle endtoend onboarding process, including induction and documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee management during joining and probation.
- Drive employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate records and reports with strong Excel proficiency.
- Collaborate with HR team to streamline inboarding and compliance processes.
- Communicate effectively with new hires to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates with 6 months2 years of HR Operations experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Passion for employee engagement and process excellence.
