Job Location: Anantpur District, Andhra Pradesh (100 km from Bangalore Air port)
Qualification: Diploma/BE - Mechanical
Experience: Min 1 years

Products: **Company manufactures highly advanced sophisticated robotic Machines/5-Axis/VMC/HMC Machines with customer base across the Globe.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Procurement Management:

Execute purchase activities in line with organizational policies

Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production , Assembly and Respective Department

Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders

2. Vendor Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers




- Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery, service)
- Resolve supplier-related issues professionally

3. Cost & Budget Control:

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Support cost-reduction initiatives and value optimization
- Ensure procurement within approved budgets

4. Coordination & Communication:

- Coordinate with internal departments: Production, Assembly, Store & Finance
- Ensure smooth flow of procurement-related information

5. Compliance & Documentation:

- Adhere to internal procurement policies and statutory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Ensure ethical procurement practices

6. Inventory & Planning Support:

- Support inventory control initiatives
- Avoid overstocking or stock-outs
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting

7. Key Skills :

1. Procurement & negotiation skills

3. Cost analysis & budgeting
4. Knowledge of SAP & ERP systems
