Social Media Growth Executive (Recruitment)

Job Overview

Wroots Global is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Growth Executive to drive business growth through digital platforms. The primary objective of this role is to generate quality Candidate Leads, Client Leads, and Vendor/Recruitment Partner Leads through strategic social media campaigns, engaging content, and digital branding.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, understand social media trends, and have the ability to convert social media audiences into job applicants, business inquiries, and recruitment partners.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Lead Generation

- Create engaging content that attracts job seekers across multiple industries.
- Promote active job openings through reels, videos, stories, job alerts, and short-form content.
- Generate qualified candidate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
- Increase registrations and downloads for the WRAE (Wroots Refer & Earn) platform and encourage candidate referrals.
- Build and engage online communities of active job seekers.

Client Lead Generation

- Create content showcasing Wroots' recruitment capabilities, success stories, industry insights, and hiring expertise.
- Generate inbound business inquiries from HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, startups, GCCs, and enterprise organizations.
- Promote Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Executive Search, and Bulk Hiring services across social media platforms.
- Build employer credibility to support client acquisition and business development.

Vendor & Recruitment Partner Lead Generation

- Create campaigns to attract freelance recruiters, recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, and staffing vendors across India.




- Generate and nurture leads for vendor empanelment and recruitment partnerships.
- Promote Wroots' Vendor Partnership Program and expand the external recruitment network.
- Build and engage recruiter communities through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Operations team for onboarding and activation of current vendor partners.

Content Creation & Brand Building

- Create high-quality reels, videos, employee testimonials, client success stories, recruitment tips, interview guidance, market insights, and employer branding content.
- Represent the company in videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with hiring priorities and business goals.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Sales, and Marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and recruitment market updates to create timely and engaging content.
- Respond to candidate, client, and vendor inquiries received through social media channels.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Track and report key performance metrics including:

- Candidate Leads Generated
