About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys creating impactful visual content while mentoring and guiding a team of designers.

You'll work across multiple brands spanning healthcare, hospitality, marketing, and consumer services, bringing each brand's unique identity to life through compelling and strategic design. From social media campaigns and print collateral to digital assets and motion graphics, you'll play a key role in shaping how our clients communicate with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and review the work of the design team, ensuring high-quality creative output.
- Conceptualise and design engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories and creatives for digital campaigns.
- Create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, standees, posters, menus, banners and other print materials.
- Design assets for websites, presentations, emailers, advertisements and other digital platforms.
- Create and edit motion graphics and short-form videos for social media, including reels and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with each client's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters,



account managers and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Review artwork before final delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and production readiness.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies and best practices across digital and print media.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 47 years of skilled graphic design experience.
- Previous experience in a creative or marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a design team will be an advantage.

Software Proficiency

You should have strong working knowledge of:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma
- Canva

Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar platforms is a plus.

Design Skills

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of:

- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Colour theory and layout design
- Brand identity and consistency
- Social media design best practices
- Print production, including bleed, crop marks, CMYK and file preparation
- Motion graphics and short-form video editing

- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
- Present and explain design concepts confidently.
- Review and identify basic copy or layout inconsistencies before final delivery.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Basic UI/UX design knowledge.
- Experience working with healthcare, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Illustration or icon design.
- Photography or photo retouching.
- Experience managing multiple brand identities simultaneously.
