About the Role

Titan Company Limited is looking for a Creative Design Intern to support the marketing

and CRM teams across Titan World and Helios. The intern will assist in creating,

adapting, and managing brand-aligned creatives across performance marketing, CRM,

website, new store launches, store campaigns, and retail communication.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of visual design, attention to detail,

and an interest in understanding how creative communication is built for leading retail

and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and adapt creatives for performance marketing campaigns across

platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

- Support CRM creatives for WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, emailers, campaign banners,

and other customer communication formats.

- Design assets for new store launches, including store opening

announcements, invite creatives, launch communication, and hyperlocal

campaign creatives.

- Work on store-related creatives such as offer communication, in-store posters,

digital screens, festive creatives, and regional campaign adaptations.

- Create and adapt website creatives including banners, campaign tiles, landing

page visuals, product or brand callouts, and promotional assets.

- Conduct periodic creative hygiene checks across website, CRM, performance

marketing, and store-related creatives to ensure correct branding, updated

offers, accurate information, proper formatting, and overall visual consistency.

- Resize, adapt, and version creatives across different platforms, languages,

regions, and campaign requirements.

- Coordinate with external agencies for briefs, feedback, follow-ups, corrections,

and final output delivery.

- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, campaign objectives, platform

specifications, and deployment requirements.

- Maintain creative trackers, organize campaign assets, and support timely

delivery of creatives for ongoing marketing activities.

- Work closely with internal teams including CRM, retail marketing, digital

marketing, website, and agency partners.

What the Intern Will Learn, Internship Outcome & Ideal Candidate

Through this internship, the candidate will gain hands-on exposure to creative

development for two leading watch retail brands, Titan World and Helios, across CRM,

performance marketing, website, store launches, and retail campaigns. By the end of

the internship, the intern will understand how campaign briefs are translated into

design assets, how creatives are adapted across channels, how agency coordination

works, and how brand consistency is maintained across consumer touchpoints. The

ideal candidate is someone with a good eye for design, working knowledge of tools such

as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma, strong attention to detail, good

communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing setting.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar

platforms.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand

consistency.

- Ability to adapt creatives across multiple sizes, formats, platforms, and

channels.

- Basic understanding of digital, social, CRM, and website creative formats.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially while checking copy, offers, dates, logos,

links, and creative specifications.

- Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and timelines.
- Interest in retail, fashion, lifestyle, watches, premium brands, or consumer

marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

Students or recent graduates from design, visual communication, fashion

communication, marketing communication, digital design, or related fields who are

looking to gain practical exposure in brand, retail, CRM, and performance marketing

design
