JOB SYNOPSIS:

We are looking for an experienced .NET L3 Support Developer to handle complex production issues, perform deep-root cause analysis, and ensure stability and performance of critical applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET development along with production support experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handle L3 level production support and resolve critical incidents (P1/P2)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)




- Analyse logs using monitoring tools and identify system bottlenecks
- Work closely with L2 support, development, and DevOps teams
- Implement bug fixes, patches, and support deployments
- Optimize application performance and ensure system stability
- Maintain proper documentation for issues and solutions

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Hands-on experience with Web APIs / REST services
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- knowledge of logging frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
