About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong command of the C# / .NET ecosystem and a solid understanding of the full software development life cycle. The ideal candidate is hands-on across design, development, testing, and application management, and takes pride in writing clean, scalable, high-quality code. You will play a key role in building robust, distributed backend systems and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET / C#.
- Build technical interfaces, specifications, and system architecture aligned with best practices.
- Develop, test, and refine software prototypes from concept to deployment.
- Enhance, adapt, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
- Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay current with evolving .NET terminology, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.




- Collaborate with fellow developers and software professionals to deliver project requirements on time.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the broader software team as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on development experience in C# / .NET.
- Strong proficiency with the .NET framework, MongoDB, and SQL Server design and architecture.
- Solid grasp of advanced NoSQL and MS-SQL database concepts.
- Working knowledge of API and architecture styles REST and RPC.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience with Apache Kafka, microservices architecture, and event-driven programming.
- Exposure to designing and scaling distributed backend systems.
