Role & responsibilities

Manage complete accounting operations from purchase to sales.

- Prepare monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, E-Invoicing, and statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and inventory.
- Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare annual budgets, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Maintain costing and profitability reports for packaged sweets and savouries.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and production accounting.
- Monitor trade schemes, distributor claims, and sales incentives.




- Lead and train the accounts team while improving financial processes and internal controls.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- 510 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Sweets, Bakery, Snacks, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, E-way Bill, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
