- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads,



and improve customer engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and market trend evaluations to identify growth opportunities and recommend effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, quotations, and promotional materials while effectively communicating the organization's value proposition.
- Collaborate with product, operations, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and a seamless customer experience.
- Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, lead conversion metrics, and customer feedback using CRM systems and analytical reports to optimize business outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and networking opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving organizational objectives.
