- Provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems.

- They are responsible for managing, coaching junior team members and provide inputs on appraisals/feedback to employees.
- They are responsible for allocating work and ensure delivery in the defined timeframe.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations.
- May consult with senior management.

Qualifications: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience.
