Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Role: PMO Managed Services - Growth Office Office: Gurgaon Aerocity (Person should be flexible to travel at both offices) Key Accountabilities 1. Growth Pipeline Management and reporting
- Support pipeline governance, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Drive sales cadence and large pursuit governance
- Monitor funnel health and conversion metrics.
- Escalate risks and stalled opportunities.
- 2. Strategic Account and Alliance Governance
- Manage governance for key strategic accounts and alliance.
- Track account plans, pursuits, actions, and growth opportunities.
- Produce executive-level account scorecards.
- 3. Large Bid Team, Productivity and PMU
- Large bid cadence support
- Custodian of Asset and Playbook Roadmaps and track timeline compliance
- Track and report performance against forward-calls taken while winning the deals
- Support creates and report progress on the Brand activity plan and track progress
- 4. Direct Growth Ownership




- Drive chance development and account growth.
- Coordinate pursuit teams and proposal activities.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM

Experience

- 6+ years of experience into PMO role.
