- Responsible for purchasing engineering, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical spare parts.
- Responsible for Handle CAPEX purchases for recent equipment, machinery, and plant expansion projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production downtime.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, production, QA, and finance departments.
- Maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts.
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), perform comparative statement analysis, and conduct vendor evaluations.
- Ensure procurement complies with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
- Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation in ERP systems
