Nucleion Risk Consulting Private Limited is searching for a Brand Protection Specialist to join our Field Investigation team as a Team Lead to oversees a team responsibility for protecting the companys assets, employees and Brand. The candidate will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for brand protection
- Work with customs authorities, law enforcement and legal representatives in Indian region in an effort to prevent the sale of counterfeit products
- Coordinate with brand protection team on enforcement efforts and strategies
- Guide employees/investigators and other business partners to identify counterfeit products
- Manage budget for brand enforcement
- Manage and track regional enforcement matters
- Travel will be required
