Globus Buildcon is hiring a Procurement Manager for their ongoing mixed-use commercial and retail project at Ayodhya Bypass Mayfair.

The role will involve managing end-to-end procurement of materials, vendors, contractors, and services required for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage procurement requirements for construction materials, finishing items, services, and project-related supplies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality materials at competitive rates.
- Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, work orders, and vendor approval documents.
- Coordinate with the project, engineering, accounts,



and management teams to ensure timely material availability at site.
- Monitor material quality, delivery timelines, stock levels, and vendor performance.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and vendor contracts.
- Support cost control by comparing market rates, negotiating better terms, and reducing wastage or delays.

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, construction procurement experience, vendor management ability, and positive knowledge of real estate project materials and market rates.
