Job Title : Team Lead/ Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Education : Any Graduation, MBA is a plus

Experience : 7-13 Yrs

Location : Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Should have at least 7+ yrs of experience in Technical Recruitment(IT industry)
- Must have experience in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process (Sourcing to getting candidate On-board)
- Good experience in both inhouse hiring and contract staffing
- Valuable experience in working with mid-sized software services organizations
- Should be able to manage small team sizes and drive Business Units independently
- Sourcing and Screening prospective candidates for the desired positions by utilizing various sources like Internal Database, Employee Referrals, Job Portals and networking




- Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Negotiating with the candidates for CTC and ensuring the joining of candidates
- Should exhibit a high level of maturity and professionalism at work
- Should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle several positions simultaneously
- Should have excellent communication skills
