The Job:

1. AI/ML Solution Development

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python and contemporary AI frameworks.
- Build scalable AI services, REST APIs, and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

2. Data Engineering & Preparation

- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for feature engineering, vectorization, and model development.

3. Model Deployment & MLOps

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models using MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage model lifecycle, performance monitoring, logging, and retraining strategies.

4. AI Architecture & Integration

- Design and implement RAG-based AI solutions using vector databases and LLMs.
- Integrate AI applications with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and APIs while ensuring security and compliance.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration





- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Conduct POCs, demos, and communicate AI capabilities and technical solutions to stakeholders.

Your Profile

- Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
- Expertise in ML algorithms, NLP, deep learning, and vector embeddings.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and serverless compute.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or Databricks).
- Experience using vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
