Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 1-2 years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. The role involves analyzing financial information, preparing due diligence databooks, performing detailed financial analyses, and assisting engagement teams in delivering high-quality client reports within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
- Prepare, update, and review FDD databooks and financial schedules.
- Perform financial analyses including QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.
- Analyze financial statements, general ledger, and trial balance data.
- Prepare trend analyses, customer/vendor concentration, and balance sheet analyses.
Experience:
- CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Basic understanding of Financial Due Diligence methodologies.
- Quality of Earnings (QoE)
- Net Working Capital (NWC)
