What this job involves:

Your primary duty is to support Senior Director - Legal, India on legal and compliance matters in India. This role involves direct interaction with internal clients as well as external parties such as clients, vendors and other third parties. You will be identifying and managing risk exposures, and delivering proactive, effective and strategic advice for our operations in India.

You will play an important role in advising on, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts associated with each of the firm s business lines. You will be assisting with general corporate, commercial and regulatory work, with a focus on the issues associated with the property services industry. You will also be assisting in the firm s legal and compliance projects.

Your role involves providing support to each of the firm s business interests and commercial objectives.

Educated and experienced





- You hold a law degree from a recognized law school and 2-3 years of post-admission experience in private practice or an in-house position. It would be great if you have experience working in an MNC.
- People person
- You have the ability to build solid relationships and engage with a very broad range of stakeholders with diverse skill-sets and personalities. You also have good communication skills.
- Capable
- You are commercially savvy, with a highly responsive, proactive, and solutions oriented mind-set. You are able to effectively juggle priorities to meet time-frames and deadlines set by the business. You are also able to work independently as well as in a team.
