- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP professional who can operate as a seasoned functional expert across multiple SAP modules, with deep specialization in FICO and robust ABAP development capabilities.
- This role will be critical in supporting the rollout of SAP S/4HANA for a new factory within our organization in addition to maintaining a high Level of SAP operations throughout the Organisation. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging functional and technical domains, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA rollout + possible Migration ECC S4/Hana

- Act as a cross-functional SAP expert with strong understanding of multiple modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)

- Drive FICO design, configuration, and implementation aligned with business requirements

- Develop, debug, and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

- Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules

- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues

- Work closely with global teams, vendors, and implementation partners

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations





Key Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience in SAP, with strong exposure across multiple modules

- Deep expertise in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, etc.)

- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development (RICEFW objects, debugging, enhancements, interfaces)

- Proven experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project

- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across finance, procurement, and manufacturing

- Experience supporting factory/site rollouts or greenfield implementations is highly preferred

- Ability to work as a techno-functional expert bridging business and IT

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex scenarios independently

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working in global or cross-cultural environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA certification (especially in FICO)

- Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit)

- Exposure to integration tools (IDocs, APIs, EDI)

- Knowledge of SAP best practices and rollout methodologies (Activate, ASAP)

- Strong communication skills

- Ownership, fast decision making and Innovation.

- Fluency (spoken and written) in English, Conversational German skills are a big plus.
