We re looking for someone who is passionate about experiences and excited to help build unique journeys, community-led experiences, festival trips, special projects, and new ideas from the ground up.

You ll work across a diverse range of projects spanning travel, hospitality, music, festivals, community, culture, entertainment, and new experience-led initiatives across the Zo ecosystem.

This is not a traditional desk job.

One week, you might be researching a destination, identifying an emerging festival, helping build an itinerary, brainstorming a recent experience, or supporting a marketing campaign. The next week, you could be coordinating with partners, assisting with on-ground execution, or helping bring an experience to life.

What You ll Do

Experience Development Research

- Research destinations, festivals, events, communities, creators, and emerging trends.
- Help develop and improve experiential trips, community-led experiences, and special projects.
- Assist in building itineraries, concepts, and experience formats.
- Stay updated on developments across travel, music, culture, entertainment, and live experiences.

Project Planning Execution

- Support the planning and execution of trips, experiences, and community projects.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, creators, and stakeholders.
- Assist with on-ground execution whenever required.
- Help ensure projects run smoothly from concept to launch.

Community Growth

- Support community-building and engagement initiatives.




- Assist with content ideas, activations, campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, content, partnerships, and operations teams.

Special Projects

- Work on new ideas, collaborations, experiments, and experience concepts.
- Support projects across travel, music, festivals, entertainment, community, and live experiences.

Who We re Looking For

- Freshers and early-career professionals (0-2 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about travel, music, festivals, concerts, culture, communities, and live experiences.
- Curious about how experiences are built behind the scenes.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and learning on the go.
- Strong communication and people skills.
