Are you an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Compliance professional with expertise in vendor due diligence, risk assessment, and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC)? Here's an exciting opportunity to join a leading global professional services organization where you'll manage third-party compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with global stakeholders to strengthen governance and regulatory compliance.

Location - Gurugram

Responsibilities -

1. Manage the complete third-party lifecycle including vendor onboarding, renewals, modifications, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with internal policies and service level agreements.

2. Review and maintain compliance documentation, certifications, and system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.

3. Conduct third-party risk assessments, identify compliance risks and red flags, and escalate high-risk cases for further review.

4. Perform Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence including sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse media reviews, and conflict-of-interest assessments.

5. Monitor vendor compliance, track remediation activities, and ensure timely closure of identified compliance gaps.

Verify compliance requirements prior to contract execution and coordinate with Legal teams on compliance-related exceptions.

Requirements -

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Compliance, or Compliance Operations.

2. Hands-on experience in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) including third-party due diligence, sanctions screening, PEP checks, integrity risk assessments, and adverse media screening.

3. Strong understanding of third-party due diligence, compliance controls, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies.

4. Experience in vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, audit support, and policy interpretation in a global environment.
