About the Role

Bimal Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government tenders, primarily through the GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, maintaining tender records, and coordinating with internal departments for successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and shortlist relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and other procurement portals.
- Download and analyze tender documents.
- Prepare tender compliance sheets and eligibility checklists.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets for tender tracking, costing inputs, and submission status.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and management for required documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.




- Ensure timely submission of bids.
- Maintain records of submitted, won, and lost tenders.
- Track tender amendments, corrigenda, and deadlines.
- Generate periodic tender reports for management.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters).
- Positive knowledge of Word and PDF editing.
- Experience with GeM and government tender portals preferred.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred Experience

- 1-3 years in government tender management or procurement.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
