Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using CCNA-level knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
- Lead a team of junior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, providing guidance on best practices for end-to-end networking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive network designs that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop documentation for network configurations, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency across the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of L3 level networking concepts including routing protocols (OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs), QoS policies etc. .
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers is essential; ability to communicate technical information effectively at all levels.
