We have openings in the CAM department for 5 axis programming at our factory located at Bangalore. Our unit manufactures moulds for the tyre industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have experience in 5 axis strategies in Powermill.

The candidate must have experience working the following software:

AutoCAD

Autodesk Powermill

Autodesk Powershape

Candidates who have worked as machine operators in the past before learning the above would be given preference.

Candidates with NCC/defence background would also be given preference.

Roles and Responsibilities

We will train the applicants on the processes mentioned below, but the applicants must be well versed with the software mentioned above.

1. Analysing customer drawings and 3D models

2. Prepare part programs based on internally developed 3D models or customer provided 3D models

3.



Check program functioning on the machines

4. Guiding operators on the processes and clarifying their questions if any.

6. Specify inspection check points based on the programs/processes specified.
