Job Title: Lead Backend Engineer Java
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Location: India
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot,
and DevOps practices to build and manage scalable backend systems. The role involves
designing microservices, working on cloud infrastructure, and driving DevOps and CI/CD
practices.
Key Responsibilities:




Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services
Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Implement event-driven systems using Kafka
Deploy and manage applications on AWS
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Work with DevOps practices, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
Lead backend development and mentor team members
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices architecture
Good knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Docker/containerized deployments
Positive to Have:
Experience in Fintech / Lending domain
Exposure to high-scale distributed systems
Low-Code Workflow Automation Platform
