Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Report on financial performance to management.

- General Ledger Management:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Post journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

- Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation and retention of financial information.

Remuneration:
- Base Salary: Varies based on experience, qualifications, and location. Typically ranges from INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.

Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)



or equivalent certification preferred.

- Experience:

- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Freshers are also Welcomed.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Skills:

- Robust understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
